What We Do
Fascia replacement
The fascia board supports the bottom row of tiles and the gutter. We replace rotten fascias with sound timber or uPVC.
Soffit replacement
Soffits close the gap under the eaves and vent the roof. We fit new soffits that keep the air flowing and the weather out.
Bargeboard replacement
Bargeboards run along the gable edge. We replace cracked or rotting bargeboards to tidy and protect the gable end.
New guttering and gutter repairs
From a sagging run to a full new system, we fit and fix gutters so water clears the roof and reaches the drain.
Downpipes
Downpipes carry the water down and away. We replace cracked or leaking downpipes and route them to the drains.

Questions We Get Asked
We always recommend replacing rotten timber rather than capping over it. Capping hides the rot, but it keeps decaying underneath — and you can't always see how far it's gone. We strip the old boards back to sound rafters and fit new fascias properly, so the structure underneath is solid and the new boards have something solid to fix to.
