Roofer in Yateley

Yateley is mostly made up of 1970s and 80s estates, and those estates are now at the age where their roofs start to ask for attention. Concrete tile roofs, ridges, fascias and soffits that have been up for forty-odd years are showing their age, and the flat-roofed garages and extensions that came with these homes are a steady stream of replacements. It's familiar work for us.

We cover roof repairs, re-roofs, flat roofs and guttering across Yateley, Blackwater and Sandhurst. On the estates it's often re-roofs and roofline renewal — new tiles, ridge mortar, fascias and soffits — plus the flat-roofed garages ready for a modern system. We'll come out, take a proper look, and give you a straight answer on what your roof's got left.

Yateley's 1970s and 80s estates are the bulk of the town, and their concrete-tiled roofs are now decades old. That's the stage where ridge and verge mortar crumbles, tiles crack and slip, and the fascias and soffits that have been up since the houses were built start to rot. A lot of our work here is re-roofs and roofline renewal — giving these homes another good stretch.

The flat-roofed garages and extensions across the estates are the other common call — old felt that's blistered, split or pooling, ready for a modern EPDM or felt system. Over in Blackwater and Sandhurst the story's much the same. Wherever you are in the area, we'll tell you honestly what's sound and what's not.
