Roofer in Andover

Andover has an older historic centre surrounded by the large estates built during the town's 1960s and 70s expansion. That combination shapes the roofing work here — period properties near the centre that need chimneys and slate seen to, and estates of concrete-tiled houses that are now at the age for re-roofing, fascia and guttering replacement.

We cover roof repairs, new roofs, flat roofing, chimneys and guttering across Andover. On the expansion estates it's often tired ridge mortar, slipped tiles and rotting fascias; in the older centre it's chimney stacks and leadwork. Whatever your part of Andover, we'll come out, take a proper look, and give you a straight answer on what your roof needs.

Andover's 1960s and 70s estates make up a lot of the town, and their concrete-tiled roofs are now decades old. That's the stage where ridge and verge mortar crumbles, tiles crack and slip, and the fascias and guttering that have been up since the houses were built start to rot and fail. A lot of our work here is re-roofs and roofline renewal — giving these homes another good stretch.

In the older, historic centre, the properties bring different jobs — chimney repointing and reflashing, slate repairs, and leadwork where the original flashing has had its day. It's a contrast of old and newer, and we're comfortable with both. Wherever you are in Andover, we'll tell you honestly what's sound and what's not.
